The Lounge/Dining Room

Beautiful very high quality furniture with large sash windows, original wooden floor and a Regency fireplace. This large room has a French feel to it and is very stylishly decorated and furnished. There is an LCD tv with freeview channels, dvd and cd player. There is wireless broadband at the property.

The Kitchen

The kitchen has bespoke white wooden units, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and everything you need should you wish to self cater.

The Master Bedroom 1

The master bedroom is a light and spacious room with a superking size bed. A beautiful room with fitted wardrobes and elegant furnishings.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 2 is an east facing room with large sash windows with wooden shutters. The windows open onto a balcony which overlooks gardens and the sea at the end of the road. The room has a single bed with another bed under so it can be arranged as a second double or twin room.

The Bathroom

The bathroom is a contemporary suite with a bath and shower over it and mosaic tiling.

The Roof Terrace

The kitchen leads out onto a fully enclosed and fenced in roof terrace, which has seating. This is the ideal place to sit and have an al fresco breakfast with views over the roof tops.

• Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
• All electricity and gas costs are included.
• Pets are not accepted at this property. There is no smoking inside the property but you can smoke on the front balcony.
• Please note there is an additional roof terrace at the back of the property but it is not accessible at the moment.
• Parking is by meter on nearby roads.

There is so much to see and do in Brighton and Hove and in the surrounding Sussex countryside. For the ultimate in shopping visit over 350 independent traders in the North Laines where you are able to browse fantastic little quirky shops with lots of “not on the high street” goods! Or if you prefer Churchill Square has a large shopping centre with all the usual big name stores.

Brighton is overflowing with places to visit. Being such a compact city, most places in Brighton and Hove are walkable. There is also an excellent bus service that can take you anywhere in Brighton and Hove.

Volks Railway
